The mother was aware of the safety issues I had brought to her attention. I have emailed her and text messaged her on several occasion's. Below are some of the text message communications we have had.

Safije: The day care entrance is now on the by the driveway.Go down the stairs to the left..

( The mother has known that this so called day care was being utilized in different areas of the home. Places other then thre license she produced in court. )

                                             Jan 6th 2011

Stan: BTW we spoke last week about safety issuesat the day care. When can we discuss this isuue. I don’t want to screw you or them. I know its very easy for you having them down the block. I don’t want to have them fined or shut down. Do you want to discuss or should I just send to my lawyer.

Safije: we can discuss you concerns over the weekend


Stan: Never mind. I think I should handle this legally as his safety is my main prioruity. They have several violations and I don’t want him at that location any longer.


Stan: Fyi, I have looked at the department of buuildings website and requirements and they must have changed things since they were given the license. BTW your welcome I am looking out for his safety. Ill send you ALL the photos and documents if you like? Waiting till this weekend shows lack of concern for his safety. You could of called sooner.

Safije: My concern has and will always be for his safety.The daycare is licensed and in compliance.


Stan: They are not !! I have tried to talk to you but you refuse. Watch it on CH 2 Shanme Shame on you.Just because they have a license doesn’t mean they are following code. I tried to talk to you but you refuse making it easier to show your lack of concern to the court. You being stubborn makes it so easy.

. Stan: Hey I just want to know if you have looked into other day cares since we last talked about the safety issues I have told you about?

NO RESPONSE FROM THE MOTHER.

The first daycare the mother stopped after 12 weeks of age because I personally went and took my son since the mother was not allowing me time with him. I personally filed for custoday because the mother told me to if I wanted to be with him on my own. This I have on video stored in my blackberry that I can not figure out how to upload it to this site but will provide to the court upon request.

The 2nd daycare was located in a house that had a license to operate as a daycare but illegally rented out the basement and provided care for my son in thier personal residence which is not legal nor safe. i complained to the court and building department with no results. Another video of the daycare admitting they operate upstairs as a daycare. The mother has told the court they are no longer a daycatre and are just babysitting. i have tried to show the court and they did not listen.

This video shows me trying to complain to the building department after numerous complaints. the building department told me they checked it out once and were shown a daycare's license for the unit. I tried to show them eveidence and thy ignored it.

The 3rd daycare was an at home care attendant. The lady was nice and caring. This lady no longer cares for our child and he has moved onto his 4th daycare. The lady who was our childs 3rd daycare provider has told me on numerous occasions that the mother was an angry lady. She has also told me that our sons mother yelled at her on more the one occasion and had threatened to quit if she was ever talked to again the way our sons mother yelled at her.

The 4th daycare is a YMCA located near the mothers job. This is a day care that the mother drops our son off at for 9 am and picks him up after 5pm Monday - Friday. The mother must wake our son up at 7 am everyday to feed and dress him to transport him from Staten Island to Manhattan. Our son is 2 years and 10 months old. A child should not have to be woken up this early if it is not 100% needed. A childs brain is still growing and this will cause him harm in the long term.

In addition to this being his 4th daycare in 2 years and 10 months of life. My visitation has been reduced because the mother stated that he was starting school . Any type of schooling for a child this young is usually just a few hours sdo the child can interact with other children. The mother keeps him at the daycare for 8 plus hours a day. I am the father who can work with his schedule so that our son can be cared for under better conditions. If it means that I work till midnight or latwer that is something I am willing to do.
